Albrecht & Seymore Take AOY Titles in NC Region

NC Region Championship Results

The North Central Region Championship tournament was held at Possum Kingdom Reservoir on the 8th and 9th of October.  There were 22 participants fishing for two days for a spot on the Texas Bass Nation Regional team. 

Byron Albrecht weighted in 10 fish for a total of 29.81lbs to claim the Boater title. 

James Seymour weighted in 6 fish totaling 16.09lbs to claim the Co-Angler title. 

Mike Cassanova, fishing as a guest Co Angler weighted in 6 fish for a total of 23.40lbs to claim second place overall in the tournament.  Big Bass on day one belonged to Mike Cassanova with a 8.71lbs bass

Big Bass winner for day 2 belonged to Tye Grissom with a 6.89lbs bass.

Justin Brucker takes the win on O.H. Ivie!! O.H. Ivie was tough for many, but the few that found them did great! Justin Brucker won 1st place with a 84.5″ netting him $1514. Phillip Wyatt got 2nd with 83.75″ netting him $801. Cristian Astorga came in 3rd with 79″ taking home $500.
