August 29, 2024 – The North Central Region of the Texas BASS Nation, Club Division is pleased to announce the region’s 2025 Tournament Schedule.

All TBN members in good standing from any Texas B.A.S.S. Nation Region are eligible to participate and accumulate points within the North Central Region. This affords anglers with an additional chance to advance to the next level.

Information on registration, entry fees, payouts, and 2025 Rules will be posted on the North Central Region’s page at www.Texasbassonline.com/nc-tournaments as soon as they become available.

The TBN South Region Championship will be FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 27 and SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28 on Stillhouse Hollow Lake. We will launch and weigh in from Stillhouse Park.

This will be a boater, non-boater event with payout to the 1st place boater and 1st place non boater, as well as boater and non-boater big bass pots. Entry fee for all is $125 which includes big bass pot. All anglers are required to provide entry and payment via the South Region page South Region Tournaments (texasbassonline.com) not later than Friday 15 September.

Rick Shock Wins Coleto

Sunday 9 June at Coleto Creek was the final tournament for the TBN South Region Individual Trail. 8 anglers launched on a mostly sunny day, a typical early summer setup that would see temps to the mid 90’s with light winds.

Rick Shock ground out a five fish limit to take the top podium spot, his creel weighing in at 10.71 lb anchored by a tournament BB of 4.45lb. Congratulations Rick on a great performance on a tough day! Close behind in second place with a limit, Ryan Watkins weighed in at 8.14, capping off another AOY season. Colton Knippling took the third spot with 7.79 pounds. See full results and year-to-date standings.

The final standings for the 2024 TBN South Region Individual Trail once again found Ryan Watkins standing on top as the Angler of the Year! Ryan finished with a 6-tournament total of 29 fish for 76.6 pounds, and finished with 4 number one, and 2 runner up finishes. Congratulations Ryan on another outstanding season!

Justin Brucker takes the win on O.H. Ivie!! O.H. Ivie was tough for many, but the few that found them did great! Justin Brucker won 1st place with a 84.5″ netting him $1514. Phillip Wyatt got 2nd with 83.75″ netting him $801. Cristian Astorga came in 3rd with 79″ taking home $500.
